{Semi} Homemade Mom Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta 

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
2 1/2 tablespoons No Wimpy Flavors Cajun Spice Blend, divided 
1 jar Alfredo sauce (plain) 
1 cup diced red & green bell pepper, sauteed until soft 
1/2 box fettuccine 

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Place 2 tablespoons  Lola’s Spices Cajun Blend in shallow bowl. Rub spices on both sides of chicken breast. Repeat for other chicken breast. Grill chicken (we used our George Foreman) and set aside. In saucepan, combine Alfredo sauce, 1/2 tablespoon Cajun Spice Blend, and diced bell pepper. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Toss with cooked fettuccine. To serve, top pasta with sliced chicken breast and drizzle additional Cajun Alfredo sauce. So good!
