3 Tbsp butter (or drippings from cooking) 2 Tbsp all purpose flour 1 cup water 2 Tsp Lola's Spices Cajun Blend
In a medium sauce pan, combine butter and flour over medium heat and stir frequently. The flour will becomes brown (think caramel-about 10 minutes.) Slowly add 1 cup water and Lola's spices to roux. Allow to thicken about 3 minutes stir frequently to keep from getting lumps!
*for cream gravy substitute milk for water.
Lola's Spices Ketchup
1 tsp Lola's Spices (any Seasoning Blend) 1/4 cup Ketchup
Mix Lola's Spices with Ketchup and serve on burgers, potatoes, or eggs.

Lola's Spices Mayo
1 tsp Lola's Spices (any Seasoning Blend) 1/4 cup Mayo
Mix Lola's Spices with mayo and serve on burgers, dogs and sandwiches.
Lola's Spices Fish Sauce
1 tsp Lola's Spices (any Seasoning Blend) 1/4 cup Yogurt 1/4 cup Sour Cream
Combine all ingredients together and chill in fridge for 20 minutes. Serve with fish or Lola's fish tacos.
