1 Ripe Mango (diced)
2 tsp. Coconut oil
1 Jalapeno (finely chopped-for mild heat remove seeds)
1 Tbsp. Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp. Red Bell pepper (finely chopped)
1 Lime (juiced) 
1 Tbsp. Cilantro (chopped)

Combine all ingredients, stir and garnish on Lola’s Spices Caribbean Pork Tacos, or Lola's Spices Fish Tacos. 



4 medium/ large Avocados (cut into ½ inch squares)
1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced lengthwise) 
1 Onion (sliced lengthwise)
1 tbsp. olive oil. 
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)

Grill onions and bell pepper with olive oil until soft about 5 to 7 minutes.  Remove onions and bell peppers from grill and place in bowl; add Avocados and cilantro and stir to combine. 

 Lola's Spices Cajun Blend Gravy

3 Tbsp butter (or drippings from cooking) 
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup water 
2 Tsp Lola's Spices Cajun Blend

In a medium sauce pan, combine butter and flour over medium heat and stir frequently. The flour will becomes brown (think caramel-about 10 minutes.) Slowly add 1 cup water and Lola's spices to roux. Allow to thicken about 3 minutes stir frequently to keep from getting lumps!

*for cream gravy substitute milk for water. 

Lola's Spices Ketchup

1 tsp Lola's Spices (any Seasoning Blend)
1/4 cup Ketchup

Mix Lola's Spices with Ketchup and serve on burgers, potatoes, or eggs. 

Lola's Caribbean Blend Ketchup goes great with Oysters on the half shell to kick it up just add 1 tsp of freshly graded horseradish. 

Lola's Spices Aioli/ mayo

1 tsp Lola's Spices (any Seasoning Blend)
1/4 cup mayonnaise 

Mix Lola's Spices with mayo and serve on burgers, dogs and sandwiches.

Lola's Spices Fish Sauce

1 tsp Lola's Spices (any Seasoning Blend)
1/4  cup Yogurt
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp squeeze of fresh lemon or lime
1 tsp grated lemon or lime zest (optional)

Combine all ingredients together and chill in fridge for 20 minutes. Serve with fish or Lola's fish tacos.
